International Shipping: Yes, we ship internationally! Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $300. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, our return and exchange policy has got you covered:

Easy Returns: If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

Free Returns: We offer free returns on all domestic orders. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your convenience.

Refund or Exchange: Choose between a full refund or an exchange for another piece. We believe in making the process as smooth as possible.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Customized and Engraved Items: Please note that customized or engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our Customer Support Team at support@chicmarc.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

You will receive a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label via email.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided label.

Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.
